Thank you for visiting and shopping at Plattino.ae. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Plattino Universe currently only delivers in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

Our store offers same-day or next-day delivery services to all Emirates of the UAE (depending on the time the order was placed).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Plattino currently does not ship orders outside the UAE.
